Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Baby corn 7 pieces


  • Water 1 cup


  • Oil for frying 1/2 litre


  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon


  • Chilly powder 1 teaspoon


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon


  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon


  • Rice flour 1 tablespoon


  • All purpose flour 1 tablespoon


  • Corn flour 1 tablespoon


  • Salt 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Cut the corn into cubes
  • Boil water in a pan with 1 tsp of salt. Now add the chopped corn cubes and cook until the corn turns tender.
  • Once cooked drain them and set aside.
  • Add the masala ingredients and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan for frying the corns.
  • Deep fry the corns until golden.
  • Drain it in a tissue paper to remove extra oil.
  • Baby corn 65 is ready to serve.
